through hedges, across fields, past ditches.	A car drove into the ditch and flipped up.
synonyms:                                        trench drain gutter	Meaning:     a long trench that is on the side of the road.

I have been working on my vocabulary because I want to learn what different words mean. When I read if I don't know what a word means I look for cloos (clues) or I ask for help.
